Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, devising sales strategies, and reporting to senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by managing the sales team effectively
- Create and execute business plans to expand the customer base
- Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor sales representatives
- Develop lasting customer relationships and understand client needs
- Present sales reports and forecasts to management
- Stay updated on market trends and competition
Requirements and Skills:
- BS/MS in business administration or related field
- Prior successful sales experience
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to drive the sales process to completion
- Industry expertise and business acumen
- Excellent coaching and people management skills
Note: Shift timings from 5 PM – 2 AM (Mon – Fri)
