Job Description
Jsons Communication is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Team Lead and Trainer. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading a team of voice agents while also being responsible for training new batches of voice and avatar agents.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of voice agents, ensuring productivity and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Conduct training sessions for new batches of voice and avatar agents, focusing on campaign-specific requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with management to develop training materials and streamline processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and train a diverse team.
- Prior experience in the final expense campaign is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt to a night shift schedule (7:30 pm – 6:00 am).
Salary Package:
Negotiable, with a range of 50,00 – 60,00 PKR, commensurate with experience and skills.
