Job Description
Qualification: BSc/ B.E/B. Tech Mechanical
Experience: At least 2-3 Years of experience in Mechanical.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment as per set maintenance plan.
- Coordinate with production team for Sunday shutdown activities and spare parts planning.
- Prepare shift end reports, RCA of breakdowns, and spare parts requirements.
- Implement efficiency improvements and achieve KPIs like root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Carry out condition-based monitoring and inspection activities.
- Coordinate with contractors for plant operation and job completion.
