Job Description
Tekboox, a US IT company, is urgently looking to hire a Team Lead Medical Billing.
Job Responsibilities and Skills:
- Defining and implementing the process of benefits verification and prior authorization.
- Prior authorization experience for medicine, medication, and appeals for rejection.
- Attending calls from patients regarding medications, authorization, etc.
- Referral coordination.
- Good experience in credentialing and eligibility.
- Managing multiple referral loop processes for a large patient panel.
- Record-keeping and medical record requests.
- Liaising between medical departments with professionalism.
- Conveying messages from patients to providers.
- Hands-on experience using ECW 12th Version.
- Familiar with Availity Portal.
Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience working in a Medical Billing company.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Team Lead.
- English proficiency required (listening and speaking).
- Highly attentive to detail, organized, efficient, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Job Location and Timings:
- Job Location: DHA Lahore.
- Job Timing: 7 PM to 4 AM (Weekends off).
