Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Manager at our Rawalpindi office. The Team Lead Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team and making personal sales to ensure targets are completed on time. The Team Lead Manager will also be responsible for managing the team, developing project plans, making sales, and preparing regular progress reports.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Budgeting and financial management skills
- Project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans and schedules
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in real estate development or construction management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
