Job Description
Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s in food science and technology
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience, FMCG preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Checks and ensures availability of skilled/unskilled workers on production lines as per production schedules.
- Liaises with administration in case of unavailability of workers required for production tasks.
- Visits plants to monitor availability and productivity of workers.
- Manages rotation of workers on production lines for effective manpower utilization.
