Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead for Recovery & Customer Services at Zameen.com. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of recovery and customer service representatives to provide exceptional service and assist customers in resolving issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the team’s daily operations and ensuring performance targets are met
- Monitoring customer inquiries and providing guidance to team members in handling complex cases
- Identifying opportunities to improve recovery processes and implementing effective solutions
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback and coaching to team members
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in customer service and recovery management, with strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in a similar role and knowledge of industry best practices are highly desirable.
