Job Description
The Service Delivery Team Lead is responsible for ensuring high-quality IT service delivery to clients or internal departments. This role involves managing a team of service delivery professionals, coordinating with other IT functions, and ensuring that all IT services meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities:
- Operating the support structure for 1100 users nationwide
- Engaging with helpdesk engineers for technical incident resolution
- Conducting end user training sessions for newly deployed systems
- Managing and overseeing IT service delivery projects
Requirements:
- BS degree in Computer Science
- 7 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate level knowledge of various Microsoft technologies
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure
