Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Team Lead – Supplier Research. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of researchers and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of supplier information.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a team of researchers, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
- Conduct thorough research on suppliers, gathering information such as pricing, quality, and reliability.
- Analyze and evaluate supplier data to assess their suitability for our organization.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Purchasing and Supply Chain, to ensure effective supplier selection.
- Maintain up-to-date records and reports on supplier performance and evaluation.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in supplier research or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex data.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using research tools and systems.
