Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at We Rise GOC located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of employees, delegating tasks, setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing feedback. Additionally, the Team Lead will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with peers and superiors, ensuring that company goals are being met, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
