Job Description
Zameen.com is seeking a skilled professional as a Team Lead-Customer Support for its Dubizzle team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise team members, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Establish efficient processes to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Assign tasks and prioritize workload for timely completion.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations.
- Collaborate across departments to improve communication and efficiency.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct audits to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Handle escalated issues promptly and professionally.
- Generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate degree required.
- 2 to 3 years of team management experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
