Job Description
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality and freshness of all fruits and vegetables, ensuring compliance with company standards for appearance and safety.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Customer Engagement: Assist customers, provide product information, and ensure a welcoming environment that promotes repeat business.
Merchandising: Develop attractive displays highlighting seasonal items and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
Training and Development: Train new team members on product knowledge, handling techniques, and customer service standards.
