Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Team Leader Inbound at Standard Chartered Bank. As the Team Leader Inbound, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives who handle incoming calls and inquiries.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising a team of inbound customer service representatives.
- Ensuring the team meets set performance targets and KPIs.
- Providing training and coaching to team members.
- Monitoring call volumes and adjusting resources as necessary.
- Resolving complex customer issues and escalations.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
