Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client concerns and adjust services/products accordingly
- Resolve on-site issues, collaborate with other departments
- Identify new business opportunities through marketing channels
- Maintain/build client relationships, provide support & recommendations
- Ensure high-performing customer service system
- Monitor performance, analyze reports for improvement plans
Education and Experience:
- Graduation Degree in business/marketing or related field
- 2-3 years experience, 1 year in managing Customer Support Representatives
- Strong customer orientation and business acumen

Job Specification:
Minimum bachelor’s degree
2+ years experience with 6 months as a team lead
