Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Leader to manage both inbound and outbound activities at our Nestlé Distribution Center. The successful candidate will lead a team and make critical decisions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Your Responsibilities: Oversee staff and resources, coordinate transportation, maintain compliance with operational standards, implement best practices, and take on additional tasks as necessary.
Requirements: MBA or Engineering degree with relevant experience, proactive project management skills, ability to collaborate within a team, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP “MH Modules.”
