Location: Rawalpindi (On-site)
Shift: Full-time (7 PM – 4 AM)
Role Summary: Manage a team of 5 sales representatives, ensuring they achieve KPIs, deliver exceptional customer service, and meet sales targets. Provide training, monitor performance, and create a motivating work environment.
Qualifications: Proven experience in call center leadership, strong communication and leadership skills, and a focus on team motivation and customer satisfaction.
