Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Teamlead Online Sales and Telemarketing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and telemarketers to drive online sales and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives and telemarketers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Monitor the performance of team members and provide coaching and support as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize online sales processes and customer experiences.
