Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tech Development Manager to lead our software development team, with a focus on Angular, Node.js, and AWS technologies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in delivering successful projects and effective budget management. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and proficiency in product and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers and engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Manage team resources, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle.
- Ensure timely project delivery within allocated budgets.
