Job Description
Wavetec Pvt Ltd, a global leader in customer experience solutions, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly assist customers with technical issues, providing efficient solutions.
- Strong time management and quick decision-making skills.
- Maintain composure and customer focus during troubleshooting.
- Create technical diagrams and design solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts.
Technical Skills:
- Troubleshooting in Windows, SQL, Networking.
- MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Crystal Reports).
- Experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, and data-driven product evaluation.
Soft Skills:
- Strong team, time, and stress management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience as Business Analyst or Project Management who are certified Agile and Scrum product owner.
- Certification in CSPO, PMP, PSOP is a plus.
