Role Description
As a Technical Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating a wide variety of content across digital media and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, product guides, and help systems. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of researching and writing in excellent English.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging technical content, including blog posts, white papers, website content, social media, case studies, user guides, and documentation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand and translate technical information into reader-friendly content.
- Research industry trends and stay updated on the latest technologies to ensure content is current and relevant.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and style.
- Create visually appealing content with infographics, diagrams, and other visuals.
- Manage content publishing schedules and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Education, Marketing, or a related field
- Have at least 1 year of experience in content writing. Fresh graduates with an excellent academic record may also be considered.
- Strong writing skills with experience in creating technical documentation from scratch
- A solid understanding of various technical subjects and the ability to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
- Proficiency with content management systems and publishing tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical content for different audiences, such as developers, end-users, and business analysts
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
