iTack Solutions is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Technical Customer Service Executive fluent in Arabic and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, delivering bilingual product training and demos, and working proactively to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch technical support to clients in Arabic and English.
- Conduct product training sessions and demos in both languages.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to address customer feedback.
- Take ownership of customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support.
- Ability to deliver clear and concise training and demos.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with IT solutions, especially in healthcare or ERP systems.
