Job Description
Brain Telecommunication Ltd. is seeking a Customer Support Executive (Technical) to enhance our 1st Layer support team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our customers and technical teams, delivering prompt assistance for service-related inquiries and performing fundamental diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer complaints and service requests concerning network issues.
- Generate service requests utilizing our Oracle-based ERP system.
- Execute preliminary technical evaluations and troubleshooting.
- Diligently log and update tickets within the support system.
- Effectively communicate service updates and resolutions to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Telecommunications or IT.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer or technical support within the telecom sector.
- Basic understanding of telecom networks and diagnostic tools.
- Residents of Lahore only.
