Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Customer Support to join our team. Your responsibilities include resolving technical issues, providing support, and collaborating with the technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software products.
  • Provide timely support via email, phone, and chat.
  • Document and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand product updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SQL and DevOps.
  • Excellent English-speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Basic software troubleshooting understanding.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
