We are looking for a dedicated Technical Customer Support to join our team. Your responsibilities include resolving technical issues, providing support, and collaborating with the technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software products.
- Provide timely support via email, phone, and chat.
- Document and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product updates.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of SQL and DevOps.
