Job Description
Job Title: Technical Delivery Lead-Oracle Banking digital Experience

Experience: 10+ years (Banking experience must)
Responsibilities:
- Review and finalize business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and identify necessary changes in applications.
- Coordinate with application vendors and IT teams for estimates and approvals.
- Communicate delivery dates to stakeholders and coordinate test plans and scripts.
- Monitor delivery progress, anticipate delays, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Track defects and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate deployment of changes to production and disaster recovery environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Preferably certified Scrum Master or PMP.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Oman or GCC.
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle Banking Digital Experience.
- Preferred knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking Development Tools and Payment.
- Familiarity with UI/UX, QA, process optimization, and automation.
