Job Description
UBL is looking for a skilled Technical Operations Manager to oversee our banking technology systems.
Job Summary: We need someone with expertise in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and ticketing systems to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high availability and performance of all banking technology services.
- Lead DevOps initiatives and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure and oversee system migrations to the cloud.
- Implement ticketing systems and enforce SLA standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of technical operations experience in banking or financial services.
