We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in leveraging LinkedIn and Upwork for business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you are passionate about business development and have at least 2 years of experience in LinkedIn and Upwork bidding, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through different platforms including LinkedIn and Upwork.
- Create and manage engaging and persuasive bid proposals on Upwork to secure new projects.
- Utilize LinkedIn to network with potential clients, generate leads, and build strong professional relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are successfully delivered.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development with a focus on LinkedIn and Upwork.
- Proven track record of successful bidding and securing projects on Upwork.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills on LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business development tools.
