Job Description
The Technology Project Manager at HugoBank will lead the execution of enterprise technology projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, coordinating internal teams and partners, implementing Agile methodologies, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of technology project management experience in banking or fintech
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and relevant certifications preferred
- Proven track record in project management and cross-functional coordination
- Proficiency in project management tools and strong leadership skills
- Experience in regulated environments and knowledge of State Bank of Pakistan guidelines
- Understanding of cloud-native banking solutions and digital transformation
