Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage in pre-sales calls with the Sales team, providing technical expertise across all platforms.
2. Prepare accurate estimates for project work, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational capabilities.
3. Demonstrate a strong command of technical solutions across various platforms during pre-sales engagements.
4. Possess a great English accent, facilitating effective communication in client interactions.
5. Be available for calls in early US and UK timezones, accommodating global client needs and fostering strong client relationships.
6. Train and assist resources, ensuring a high level of technical proficiency within the team.
7. Design and propose solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with Mac Care’s capabilities.
8. Adapt quickly and responsively to client and team dynamics, maintaining agility in a fast-paced environment.
9. Establish and nurture sales channels, collaborating with the Development team to promote IT services, potentially in MERN and MEAN stack environments.
10. Demonstrate 4-6 years of relevant experience in project management and technical leadership.
11. Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, conduct internal and external audits to ensure quality and satisfaction.
12. Plan and allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal work planning and execution.
13. Demonstrate administrative-level proficiency in at least one of the following tools: ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com.
14. Showcase proficiency in automation tools such as Zapier and Make, enhancing workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience of 4-6 years in technical project management.
• Strong communication skills with a great English accent.
• Expertise in MERN and MEAN stack technologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
• Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make).
