Job Description
• Agility and quickness in developing apps through app architecture.
• Training new fresh resources through design manuals in a quick manner.
• Developing and implementing the Apps wing technology strategy, aligned with the overall business goals.
• Overseeing the development and delivery of all mobile and AI-based applications.
• Managing the technology infrastructure for the team.
• Ensuring that all technology products and services meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and security.
• Leading and inspiring the technology team to create innovative and quality applications.
• Ensuring continuous professional development within the tech team.
• Developing & implementing coding standardization with the help of Technical Leads and Production Managers.
• Conducting code audits and reviews on a regular basis.
• Developing Common Libraries used in most of our applications.
• Defining & Implementing Application architectures.
• Ensuring timely delivery of technology solutions and projects.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in mobile and AI-based application development to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Driving continuous innovation in mobile and AI application development.
