Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within a technical environment, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Monitor and manage project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed to ensure timely completion
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to succeed
• Ensure stakeholders’ expectations are managed and met through clear, consistent, and transparent communication
• Address and resolve project-related conflicts and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact
• Proactively address project challenges and obstacles, finding creative and effective solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within the IT industry
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and Scrum)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget
• Solid technical background with an understanding of software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
