Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and inspire large-scale teams to drive delivery excellence and efficiency. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 35, which will scale to over 50 in the next 18 months, and will work closely with the Product Manager to refine and maintain product backlogs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire large-scale teams
- Collaborate with the Product Manager
- Develop and implement delivery strategies
- Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders
- Manage project proposals and change requests
- Provide mentorship on Agile/Scrum practices
- Facilitate sprint reviews and planning
- Empower teams to self-organize
- Create a trusting environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Experience in Agile Delivery Management
- Strong customer-centric skills
- Solid knowledge of Agile principles and tools
- Experience in Software Delivery Lifecycle
- Proven experience in Agile estimation techniques
- Project delivery experience across cross-functional teams
