Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client, addressing their technical and project-related needs.
- Understand client expectations and ensure that the project aligns with their business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
- Provide expert technical support to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Maintain regular communication with the client to provide project updates and gather necessary information.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that project deliverables meet the expected standards and client specifications.
- Prepare and present regular project reports, including status updates, issue logs, and performance metrics.
- Ensure that all project-related documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Monitor project progress and performance against predefined metrics and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical account management or project management role.
- Experience in managing technical projects.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Proven track record of creating and maintaining project schedules and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing client relationships.
- Ability to understand and align projects with client business goals and expectations.
