Role Description: This full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter in Lahore involves full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, strengthening recruiting processes, and managing recruitment initiatives while maintaining effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
- Technical Recruiting and Recruiting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills
- IT industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
