Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile professional to lead our talent acquisition and HR operations. Responsibilities include sourcing top talent, managing recruitment processes, overseeing payroll, and maintaining HR compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract IT industry talent
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding
- Ensure accurate payroll administration and benefits processing
- Maintain knowledge of labor laws for HR compliance
- Implement HR policies for a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Experience in technical recruitment and HR administration in IT
