Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter Associate to join our People Team and support the growth of our workforce. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various technical and business roles. Responsibilities include developing engaging job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, crafting job offer letters, and enhancing the company’s reputation as an excellent workplace. Requirements include hands-on interview experience, technical expertise, proficiency with ATS, and strong communication skills. Experience in technical recruitment and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field are necessary.
