Job Description
Role Description: Bredwares Technologies, a software development and e-commerce company, is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. Responsibilities include talent sourcing, screening, and hiring technical professionals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Engage candidates on various platforms.
- Candidate Screening: Evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Align recruitment with company goals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years as a Technical Recruiter in tech.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Time Management: Handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
