Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Lahore. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, hiring, and building networks to attract and identify candidates for technical roles. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience, working collaboratively with hiring managers and the HR team, and maintaining accurate recruiting documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing full-life cycle recruiting processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Ability to source talent using various methods and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience working with a variety of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles is a plus
- Must have IT industry Experience.
- 1+ years of experience as a technical recruiter.
