Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to support our company’s growth and objectives. This role will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Manage the candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and terms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of technical skills and requirements for various IT roles, including software development, engineering, data science, etc.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
