Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter at Corporate Kitchen – Pakeeza in Lahore. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruitment. They will also be responsible for effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
- Experience in hiring and recruiting for technical roles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create effective and compelling job descriptions
- Knowledge of the hotel industry and its specific hiring needs is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
