Job Description
Cosmo Resources is seeking a Technical Recruiter to focus on the US market. This full-time, onsite role is based near DHA Phase 2 Extension, Karachi, with working hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Ideal candidates must possess strong English communication skills and experience in recruiting for technical roles, particularly within the Data and AI sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Manage candidate pipelines, stay updated on US labor laws, and lead end-to-end recruitment.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, strong organizational skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
