Job Description
Location: Onsite – eGeeks Global, Rawalpindi
Salary: PKR 70,00 per month
Job Summary: eGeeks Global is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in technical recruitment within software houses, and expertise in platforms like GitHub, Salesforce, HackerRank, and Zoho Recruit.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified technical candidates for software development roles.
- Utilize GitHub, Salesforce, HackerRank, and Zoho Recruit for candidate management.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and collaborate with department heads.
- Organize interviews and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Track recruitment metrics for efficient practices.
Requirements:
- Proven technical recruiting experience.
- Proficiency in GitHub, Salesforce, HackerRank, and Zoho Recruit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
