As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for US-based clients in technology-related roles such as Java Developer, DevOps Engineer, and more.
Major Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements thoroughly.
- Source, screen, and recruit applicants.
- Manage the recruitment process lifecycle.
- Analyze client requisitions, post job details, collect resumes, headhunt, format resumes, and more.
- Job Timings: 6pm to 3am PKT (Mon to Fri).
- Location: P.E.C.H.S. Block-6, Karachi.
