Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Technical Recruiter & HR Lead to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company’s technical needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Additionally, as an HR Lead, you will oversee various HR functions, including employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
