Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team at I.R.E. The ideal candidate should possess a strong grasp of the tech industry and excel in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for technical positions. Working closely with hiring managers, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality candidates for IT and engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Establish and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to address current and future hiring demands.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive intelligence.
- Perform background and reference checks when necessary.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of technical roles, tools, and industry jargon.
- Hands-on experience with various sourcing methods (e.g., social platform recruitment, crafting Boolean search strings).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Preferably, possess a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in recruiting within the technology sector.
- An established network of contacts in the tech industry.
- Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter).
