This remote internship role involves full-life cycle recruiting tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. You will also communicate with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting skills
- Experience in hiring and conducting interviews
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Experience or knowledge in the technology industry (preferred)
