Job Description
Translation Empire PK is actively seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter Intern to enhance our talent acquisition initiatives. This position is crucial in sourcing, screening, and engaging top technical talent that aligns with our company’s culture and objectives. This internship is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain valuable insights into the technical recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, conduct initial screenings, utilize recruitment tools, and support improvements in the recruitment process.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; genuine interest in technical roles; and strong communication skills are essential.
Work Mode: Office-based, Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM, Location: DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi. Salary: Competitive with market standards.
