Job Description
Mindwhiz, a dynamic software house located in DHA Phase 5, Lahore, Pakistan, is in search of a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our expanding team. This role offers a competitive salary between 70,00 to 80,00 PKR and involves key responsibilities such as sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, managing interviews, and collaborating closely with hiring managers for our software development and cybersecurity divisions.
Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and working alongside hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of technical recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
