Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring for technical positions. Additionally, the role will involve developing and implementing recruiting plans and strategies and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in technical recruiting and full-life cycle recruiting
- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to create and implement recruiting plans and strategies
- Proven track record of recruiting for technical positions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
