Job Description
Title: Technical Recruiter
Shift Time: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Mon-Fri)
Location: Lahore Township College Road (Onsite)
Salary Range: 50k/65k
Complete Description: Ideal candidate must possess talent acquisition expertise, strong recruitment skills, and the ability to devise effective recruitment strategies to shape and enhance our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure positive candidate experience.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to engage potential candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics for process improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends in recruitment.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1/2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using ATS and recruitment tools.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
