To be successful as a Technical recruiter, you must be familiar with a variety of social media platforms for job postings and keep track of candidates’ hiring processes. You will be responsible for responding to candidates’ queries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s in HR or a related subject.
- Experienced Professional with 6 months to 1 Year of relevant experience working in the IT industry.
- Exceptional people management, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills with expertise in HR concepts, practices, legislation, and procedures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic and creative thinker with exceptional data analysis, reporting, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including job marketing, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating with candidates, and onboarding.
- Develop the best recruitment strategies to market, attract, screen, evaluate, select, induct, and engage suitable candidates to enhance diversity, performance, culture, and retention.
- Establish strong relationships with candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend the hiring needs.
- Leverage recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other social media avenues to attract and find talent.
- Find different ways to source talent such as online meet-ups and hackathons, job marketing campaigns, social networking, and targeted web platforms.
- Utilize an applicant tracking system to manage candidate flow, document notes, and requisition statuses.
- Timely response to candidate queries, interview scheduling, rejection emails, etc.
